A new type of combination between concrete jacket that is needed for stiffness and FRP protection and strengthening results in unprecedented superior confinement pressure.
What is PILEREVIT?
- It is a permanent solution for pile restoration
- Fibre Reinforced Polymer (FRP) laminates which is (1.5 mm – 2.5 mm) thick.
- In the field the rolls are cut to desired length, coated with epoxy and wrapped around piles/columns to create a solid shell of desired shape.
- The annular space between the laminates and the piles/columns is then filled with non-shrink grouts. (Underwater grouts for underwater piles)
